Casey'S Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch graham cracker or walnut pie crust shell (recipe follows)
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    3 drops yellow food color
Preparation
    Prepare graham cracker crust, reserving 1/3 cup crumbs. Chill.
    Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
    Slowly add thawed concentrate, sweetened condensed milk and food color, mixing well. (Do not overbeat).
    Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with crumbs. I thinly slice a clean lemon, half the slices and put facing the same direction denoting each piece.
    It looks pretty and is easy to cut even pieces.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
