Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, onion and caraway seed with enough water to cover potatoes.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Add milk; heat but do not boil.
