Petite Cherry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until fluffy.
    Put paper cups in muffin pan.
    Place vanilla wafer in each cup, rounded side down.
    Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Top with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling.
    Chill.
    Makes 3 dozen.
