Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box frozen spinach
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    1/2 c. Mozzarella
    12 oz. cottage cheese, drained
    lasagna noodles, cooked
    16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Microwave the spinach while still in box for 6 minutes. Drain.
    Microwave onion, mushrooms and garlic until cooked.
    Add spinach and all other ingredients, except noodles and spaghetti sauce. Spoon some of the mixture onto each noodle; roll up.
    Place in a 9-inch square baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce. Microwave on 70% power for 12 minutes.
