Margaret'S Very Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. box lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    15 oz. no-fat cottage cheese
    2 eggs or 3 whites
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley flakes to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add sauce and water (swished in jar). Simmer 10 minutes.
    Mix 3 cheeses, eggs, parsley and seasonings in bowl. Spread 1/2 cup of sauce on bottom of a 9 x 12-inch glass casserole dish.
    Layer 1/3 of noodles next.
    Follow in order with 1 1/2 cups sauce, 1/2 cheese mix, 1/3 noodles, 1 1/2 cups sauce, cheese, 1/3 noodles and rest of sauce.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Uncover; bake 10 more minutes, if needed.
