Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 slices country ham
    2 c. celery
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts in halves and bone.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Mix flour, salt and paprika in paper bag.
    Put chicken in bag; flour well.
    Brown in butter.
    Put ham in baking dish. Sprinkle diced celery over ham; place browned chicken over celery. Add remainder of flour to butter and blend well.
    Add orange juice; bring to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sour cream; pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
