Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1 stick melted oleo
6 large apples, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together with fork; stir in egg and sprinkle over the top of pared and sliced apples (dotted with butter or oleo and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon).
Drizzle the melted oleo over top of crust.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts and oatmeal.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) about 40 minutes or until apples are done and crust is brown.
You may also use this recipe and substitute fresh peaches.
