Chicken Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into 1-inch strips
    1/3 c. butter
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. canned sliced mushrooms, drained (fresh can be used if sauteed lightly)
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a paper bag.
    Shake chicken strips in flour mixture until coated.
    Melt butter in a large skillet; brown chicken on all sides in skillet.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Combine soup, sour cream and mushrooms and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender, uncovered.
    Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven just until cheese is melted.
