Oven Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. half and half or milk
12 slices bread, crusts removed
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Cube bread in a 2-quart greased 13 x 9-inch casserole.
Melt cheese and butter and pour over bread.
Beat eggs well with milk, salt and mustard and pour over bread.
Mix lightly with fork.
Let stand in fridge overnight.
Take from refrigerator 2 hours before baking.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
