Sausage Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. flour
Hungry Jack biscuits

Preparation

Saute
onion
and
green pepper in microwave.
Add sausage. Brown and drain well.
Lower heat.\tAdd Cheddar cheese. Add
eggs, well
beaten, evaporated milk, pepper, garlic salt and flour; mix real good.\tHeat until it cooks thick.
