Tropical Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small lemon Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in bowl and refrigerate about 2 hours before serving.
