Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion flakes or onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce, bread crumbs, slightly beaten egg, onion flakes, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Place in loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Combine remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, parsley flakes and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
    Pour over loaf and bake an additional 5 minutes.
