Cauliflower Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    grated Parmesan cheese
    seasoned pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan over medium heat in 1-inch boiling water, heat cauliflower and salt to boiling.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes, until fork-tender.
    Drain well.
    Place whole cauliflower in a serving dish.
    Pour melted butter or margarine.
    Sprinkle well with cheese, then with seasoned pepper.
