Easy Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 summer squash
    2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Prick squash several times with fork.
    Parboil about 10 minutes. Remove from heat; drain and cool. Slice in half.
    Scoop out the meat of the squash onto separate plate.
    Add crumbled bread, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon mixture back into squash boats.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts.
    Sprinkle on paprika to color.
