Beef Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large diced onion
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef. Drain.
    Add onion and brown. While cooking, add Ro-Tel, soup, pepper and cheese.
    Bring to slow boil.
    Serve while hot.
    Makes about 2 quarts. Can be stored in refrigerator or frozen for later use.
