Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans green chili (whole)
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 lb. Longhorn cheese
2 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stuff chilies with cheese.
Beat the yolks until they are lemon color.
Then beat the whites until stiff, adding one heaping tablespoonful of flour with salt.
Fold with yolks.
Dip stuffed chilies in batter and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
Serve with finely cut lettuce, chopped tomato and taco sauce.
