Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
    2/3 c. oil (melt shortening)
    2 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    jalapeno peppers to your liking
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix in order listed; do not mix cheese!
    Sprinkle half of cheese on mix in hot, greased skillet.
    Add remaining mix and cover with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
