Kay'S Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 stick unsalted butter
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. milk chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Cream together the sugars and butter that has softened. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients (flour, soda and salt).
    Add the vanilla and almond extracts; beat well.
    Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
    (Caution:
    This is a very thick dough.)
    Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Remove from pans; cool on wire racks.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
