Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 or 3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. light cream (half and half)
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. minced chives
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Pick the bits of shell from the crab meat.
    Pour lemon juice over crab and put in bowl in refrigerator.
    Cream the cheese and continue to beat, adding all other ingredients except the crab. When mixture is smooth, add crab and refrigerate until ready to serve. When time to serve, heat, then put in chafing dish and serve with crackers.
