Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork loin roast
    1 bottle catsup
    1 large onion, chopped
    grated celery
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    dash of chili powder
    oregano
Preparation
    Boil pork until tender, remove fat and bones.
    Shred pork and add other ingredients.
    Cook for about 3 hours on low heat until thick.
    Add water when necessary.
    Can use beef or leftover ham or roast chicken.
