Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneles pork loin
    1 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
    1 medium onion
    3 stalks celery or bok choy
    1 red bell pepper
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 cup fresh bean sprouts
    1 (8-oz) can sliced bamboo shoots, drained
    1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Preparation
    Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in wok, add:
    boneless pork loin, cut into long, thin strips, finely chopped ginger root.
    Cook and stir until meat is no longer pink (2 minutes)
    Set aside meat in bowl.
