Low-Fat Chili(Quick) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper (red or green)
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop pepper, onion and garlic very fine.
    Put tomatoes, chopped pepper, onion and garlic in a microwave covered dish. Microwave at 100\u00b0 for 9 minutes.
    In a large frying pan, cook turkey, adding cumin, oregano, chili powder, pepper sauce and cider vinegar as you stir.
    Break up meat chunks as they cook. Add cooked vegetables to frying pan, mixing with meat mixture. Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
