Shrimp And Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
    1/2 c. raw onion rings (purple onions give good color)
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. boiled shrimp
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 pt. cut green beans, cooked and cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until done but firm.
    Drain; rinse with cold water.
    Mix shrimp, green beans, onion and pimiento in 3-quart bowl.
    Blend oil, lemon juice and spices thoroughly in small bowl. Pour over the mixture of shrimp and vegetables.
    Add macaroni and mix to coat all ingredients.
    Seal and refrigerate overnight. Keeps for days.
