Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) can Niblets corn, drained
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1 to 2 jalapenos, chopped
1/3 c. lime juice
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. cilantro (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips or on fajitas as a salsa. May also be served over lettuce as a Mexican salad.
