Ham And Asparagus Bows (Light) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bow tie pasta, corkscrew macaroni or other small pasta
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus or broccoli
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lower sodium, lower-fat, thinly sliced, fully cooked ham, cut into thin strips
    1 (8 oz.) container soft style cream cheese with chives and onion
    1/3 c. skim milk
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1/3 c. apple jelly
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. seedless grapes, halved
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in boiling water in a large Dutch oven according to the package directions, except add the frozen asparagus or broccoli during the last 5 minutes and the ham during the last minute of the cooking time.
    Drain and return to the pan.
