Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts or a whole fryer
1 c. rice
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
2 c. crushed potato chips
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Stew chicken, cool and remove skin and bones.
Cut into bite size pieces (season stew water with salt and pepper when cooking chicken).
Cook rice.
Stir together chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise, soup, rice and almonds.
Put into 9-inch square baking dish.
Cover with potato chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
