Freezer Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    5 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients in a large bowl.
    Heat milk and cool to lukewarm.
    Add to yeast mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients and flour to make stiff dough.
    Cover and let rise until double in size.
    Punch down and put on floured board.
    Knead lightly.
    Pinch off dough and put in well buttered pan.
    Freeze or let rise and cook in hot oven at 400\u00b0 until brown.
