Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cooked and cut up or equivalent in pieces of breasts and/or thighs
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. sherry cooking wine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour over the chicken in casserole dish.
    Crush 1 1/2 rolls of Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Take 1 stick of oleo (low salt).
    Melt and pour over crackers. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until mixture bubbles and is golden brown.
