Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can corned beef
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. mustard
    6 to 8 fresh slices dark rye bread crumbs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 c. drained sauerkraut
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 to 3 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, sauerkraut, mustard and onion.
    Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with crumbled corned beef, cheese and bread crumbs.
    Pour melted margarine over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
