Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Martha White yellow cornbread mix
2 egg whites
2 1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk and egg whites.
In larger bowl, pour in cornbread mix and stir until smooth; mix in egg-buttermilk mixture.
Blend together.
Pour into greased iron skillet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
