1 Tbsp. chicken base (paste form)
1 c. water
1 oz. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes in puree
1 can (16 oz.) crushed tomatoes
8 oz. heavy whipping cream
8 oz. liquid coffee creamer
Preparation

Combine chicken base, water, butter, chopped onion and sugar. Simmer until onions are clear.
Add tomatoes, baking soda and stir well.
Add cream, liquid creamer and heat to serve.
Yields 1/2 gallon.
