Chocolate Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 (6 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
    1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
    1 cup chopped pecans
    3 cups milk
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 cup confectioners sugar
    1 cup Cool Whip
    Additional Cool Whip
    Additional chopped pecans
    Sliced maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Combine flour, butter, and 1 cup pecans.
    Press mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and set aside to cool completely.
    With an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip until well blended.
    Pour mixture over cooled crust.
    In a bowl, combine pudding mix with milk.
    Pour pudding mixture over cream cheese mixture.
    Top chocolate pudding mixture with a layer of additional Cool Whip.
    Garnish with additional chopped pecans and cherries.
    Keep dessert in refrigerator; serve chilled.
    Yield: 24 servings.
