Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    10 green onions
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    12 oz. pkg. corn tortillas
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    2 large banana peppers, chopped
    1 family size can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook chicken in 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan until white. Shred chicken.
    Saute chicken, peppers and onions in 1 tablespoon of oil until onions are hot.
    Remove from pan.
    Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder and 1/2 salt.
