Sweet Potato Casserole* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 1/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
    2 eggs or egg substitute
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar or equivalant
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 oz. walnuts (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat potatoes and milk until smooth.
    Blend in yogurt, eggs, sugar, spices and pepper.
    Add walnuts.
    Pour into 8 x 12-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
