Swiss Steak(Electric Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 c. canned tomatoes (undrained)
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour with salt and pepper.
    Pound mixture thoroughly into both sides of the steak.
    Cut into serving pieces.
