Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Combine crumbs, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Dip chops in crumbs, milk mixture, crumbs.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn and bake another 30 minutes or until done.
