Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine 1/4 of soup and egg.
    Stir in uncooked rice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add ground beef; mix well and shape into balls.
    Place in a 10-inch skillet.
    Mix remaining soup with Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer, 35 to 40 minutes, turning often.
