Spaghetti Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large onions, chopped
    2 bunches celery, chopped
    4 green peppers, chopped
    2 large cans tomatoes
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 large can water
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese, sliced
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
    1/2 lb. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. Romano cheese
    2 to 3 lb. spaghetti, cooked
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter until tender.
    Add tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper to taste; simmer 45 minutes.
    Brown all meat.
    In a large casserole, layer, starting with spaghetti, sauce, meats and cheeses.
    Keep layering and finish with cheese layer.
