Pumpkin Raisin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 1/3 c. presifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 3 (8 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Combine oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
    Sift together flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and sugar. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Blend until moistened.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Bake 1 hour. Let cook 1/2 hour before removing from pans.
