Chocolate Rum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. rum liquor
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. very hot strong coffee, prepared
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Beat with mixer 5 minutes.
    Place in 2 (9-inch) greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 to 35 minutes until top of cake springs back when touched. Moist cake.
