Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 1/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. pecans, chopped or 2 1/2 c. chocolate chips or both
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and salt. Fold in vanilla and pecans or chocolate chips or both. Drop by teaspoon onto foil lined oven rack.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place rack in oven and turn oven off!
Allow cookies to completely cool in oven before removing.
