One Pan Banana Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
3 large mashed ripe bananas (about 1 1/2 c.)
3 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Generously grease bottom and sides of loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch). Mix all ingredients in pan with a fork; beat vigorously 1 minute. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 to 10 minutes. Run knife around sides of loaf; remove from pan. If the loaf sticks, press gently on sides with the knife.
Serves 8. I don't know if you can freeze. Must do ahead.
