Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar (white or brown)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash rice; add remaining ingredients and pour into greased baking dish.
    Bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Stir frequently during the first hour.
    Add 1/2 cup raisins or 2 eggs during last hour.
    Serves 6.
