Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened sliced pineapple (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened peach halves, drained
    2 small baking apples, cored and sliced into rings (unpeeled)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain pineapple slices, reserving juice; set juice aside. Layer fruit in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, curry powder and cinnamon; pour mixture over layered fruit.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
    Yield:
    6 servings (about 60 calories per serving).
