Egg Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    1 slightly beaten egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of flour and yeast; set aside.
    In medium saucepan, heat: stir the milk, sugar, margarine or butter and salt just until warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0) and margarine almost melts.
    Add to flour mixture, then add 3 egg yolks.
    Beat with electric mixer on low to medium speed for 30 seconds, scraping the sides of the bowl.
    Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
    Stir in as much of remaining flour as you can.
    On lightly floured surface, knead in enough of remaining flour to make moderately stiff dough.
    Shape into a ball.
    Place in a greased bowl; turn once.
    Cover, let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Punch down dough.
    Turn onto lightly floured surface. Divide in half.
    Then divide each half into 12 pieces.
    Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
