Swiss Cheese Mushroom Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
    Add onions.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add fresh mushrooms, salt, Worcestershire sauce and lemon.
    Cook 5 minutes. Drain.
    Combine mushroom mixture and shredded cheese.
    Put in unbaked shell. Add strips of pie crust across top.
    Brush with egg mixed with water.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
