Cheddar Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup sour cream in a bowl and beat with electric mixer until well blended.
    Fold in remaining sour cream.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Stir before serving.
    Makes 2 cups.
