Sourdough Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Sourdough Starter
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix and Sourdough Starter, stirring until biscuit mix is moistened.
    Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly 3 to 4 times.
