Oriental Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork chops
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. water
1/4 c. cashew nuts
Preparation

Dice pork chops and saute in shortening.
Drain fat.
Set meat aside.
Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
