Easy Chicken 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice margarine in baking dish.
    Sprinkle in rice.
    Arrange chicken on top of rice.
    Mix soup and milk.
    Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
